Yes, we deliver to most of the places within India.
Is delivery option available out side India ?
International shipment facility is not available for now.
What are the charges for shipment ?
Within India:
Order between INR 0 - 500 : Rs.50
Order between INR 500 - 1500 : Rs.100
Above INR 1500: Free
How many days it takes to deliver the products?
Once the order is placed successfully, we make sure to process your order within 1 day max. But sometimes we might face heavy traffic, and it might take a bit longer. We'll keep you posted via email in advance on the expected delivery date in case of any delay.

Return Policy
Can I return the product I received?
Yes, only if the product received is damaged/defective.
What is the procedure to return the product?
Please email us your order number along with an image of the damaged/defective product received within 24 hours of receiving the product. We shall send you a replacement or refund the amount within 7 working days. Please refer to refund policy for more more details.

1.Write to us at Hello@bwmcollection.in with Subject as "Return : Damaged/Defective - Order Number" and let us know the reason for return in the body of the mail. Do not forget to attach the picture of the return product else the request will be declined and refund will not be processed.
2. Wait for our response. We make sure to reply within 24 business hours. We'll provide instructions for the returns or exchange procedure.
Please note that we do not accept returns of the items sold under promotion or stock clearance.
Can I exchange the product?
