Cancellations and Modifications

Can I cancel the order I placed?

Yes, you can cancel the order only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order or before order is dispatched, whichever is earlier.However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service by writing an email within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

However please note that there will be slight variation in the colors of the product shown in the website and actual since all images are developed digitally. Exchange/Refund policy is not acceptable in this case. 

Can I modify the shipping address?

Yes, You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it by updating it under 'change address' option which is available under ‘My order’ section of website.

Alternatively you can update Delivery Address while placing the order in checkout page. 

Refund Policy

What is the refund policy ?

​

Refund will be initiated after the product has been received at our warehouse and has cleared all the required checks before concluding it as damage/defective product before or during shipping.

.

If the picked up product is in good condition and without any damage, then the product shall be shipped back to initial address. 

 

If you choose to exchange the item due to receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. You should confirm this over an email if you would like to opt for refund or exchange of good with new piece.

 

Please note that in case of exchange, same product will be shipped again subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange.

 

Refunds are processed within 7 working days.
